1. So I have 250mbps download speed, but when i download games it only downloads fo around 1 - 4 mbps. 2. Uhhh, I hope you guys won't stop seeding, lol. The launcher fix doesn't seem to work for me as I get really bad speed. My internet is shit and I USUALLY get 130 KB/s but with the launcher I get like 30~40 KBps. Download the drivers from the computer manufacture's website for Windows 10, if not available.

Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

a. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.

b. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
